Decking wood Ipe

The heavy and very hard IPÉ wood comes from the South American tree species Lapacho and is currently one of the most sought-after terrace woods. The very dense and fine-pored wood structure guarantees a splinter-free surface even after years. In terms of technical properties, it even surpasses cumaru wood and is the only wood that comes close to the now rare teak wood.

• With a durability of up to 25 years in outdoor areas with very low maintenance requirements.
• Due to the high density of wood and the dimensionally stable hardness, we recommend pre-drilling screw connections.
• Wood is a natural building material. Natural colour differences, slight cupping, transverse curvatures and twisting may occur. This is no reason for complaint. This does not affect the durability and strength of the product.
