Easy and secure ordering from the planeo online shop
The progress of your order is easy to track.
Select the material and any other accessories you need for your project. Click "Add to shopping cart" next to each item. Your cart will fill up with items. You can see how many items are already in your shopping cart by clicking on the "Shopping cart" button at the top of the page.
To process and complete your order, click on the "Shopping cart" button and select an option:
- "To shopping cart"
- "Proceed to checkout"
In your shopping cart, you can continue to edit your order by adding or removing items or cancelling your order. Once you are happy, go to the next step, "Checkout".
If you have already registered with the planeo shop, please log in with your access data to complete your order. Alternatively, you can log in as a guest.
Customers who register or shop as a guest in the online shop enter their contact details and, if applicable, a different delivery address. Your data will be collected, processed and used in compliance with data protection regulations (data protection notice).
Your data will of course not be used for any other purpose or passed on to third parties.
Next, select your desired shipping and payment methods. Check the delivery address again. The click "Continue".

Once you have finished your order, a summary will be displayed, which will include all items that you have previously placed in the shopping basket and their prices and quantities as well as the total amount payable.
Complete your order by confirming that you have read and agreed to the General Terms and Conditions and the Cancellation Policy. To do this, place a tick in the boxes provided.
By clicking the "Buy now" button, you conclude your order in a legally binding manner.
You will receive confirmation of your order and a personal order number, by e-mail.
